COVID 19 - Domestic Delivery Interruptions

Australia Post and domestic couriers services are currently experiencing delivery delays due to the high volume of parcels throughout their networks during COVID-19.

Please be patient while they are under pressure to deliver your goods with new legislation hygiene requirements and state to state restrictions have been applied.

Contactless Deliveries

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. This means freight services are applying Authority to Leave as standard practice during this time and is effective from 16th March 2020. If you do not wish to have your parcel left at your premises unattended, please change delivery option to parcel pickup point if available through the service providers network as early as possible by clicking on your tracking number link.

Express Post Guarantee Temporarily Suspended

Australia Post Express service has also announced the Express Post guarantee has been temporarily been suspended effective from 20th April 2020.

What does this mean for you? Express Post is still available and will continue to be prioritised as the fastest option through Australia Post for customers but may not always meet the next business day delivery standard.

All Things Canine is arranging all standard deliveries on the best freight service option at the time of bookings. To view where your parcel is, click on your tracking number link to receive the latest update and likely estimated delivery date.
