As a family owned online business we will continue to trade as close to normal as possible under these new and difficult conditions. Our priority is to make sure we are doing everything possible to keep our business operating in order to deliver orders quickly and without interruption.
We are in regular contact with our suppliers, in which there may be some delays during this time. However, we have had no indication there is a shortage of stock to meet demand, especially for pet products made in Australia.
However, please be mindful that we at the mercy of suppliers delivering their stock to us, so we can fulfill your orders. We will be operating our business as usual and your orders are being processed as quickly as possible. Some pre-order items will be temporary unavailable due to their manufacturers location at this time.
Our warehouse is complying with government regulations and doing everything possible to ensure that we maintain social distancing and sanitising safety measures.
If you need to return anything, please read our returns policy first on acceptable items and then go to our returns centre for lodging your item electronically. We will review your item and email notifications will be provided throughout the approval process.
