All Things Canine delivers Australia wide. Delivery on orders over $99 is shipped free of charge within Australia. If your order does not qualify for free delivery an affordable shipping rate of $7.95 applies, additional surcharges may apply to regional areas in remote locations.
Terms and Conditions:
- Free shipping is based on the total amount payable of your order excluding shipping costs. Any promotional discounts in which has reduced your order total under $99 threshold required will not qualify you for free shipping.
- Flat rate or free shipping promotions excludes bulky items or any one item weighing over 24kgs including but not limited to kennels, holding pens, large beds and agility equipment, where it is required to be handled by a tail lift load.
- A signature is required to receive all deliveries unless authorisation to leave goods unattended has been given. To authorise delivery of unattended goods insert a message in the "Add a Note To Your Order" section of the Shopping Cart page ie: "Leave order if not home". The risk of leaving the goods unattended is borne by the customer and we cannot offer further assistance if your shipment is lost or missing after it has been delivered by our nominated carrier.
- All deliveries will be shipped via Couriers Please and Australia Post this can be extended to drop ship service providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the location where it cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.
- Delivery services are not available on public holidays, please allow additional days in transit.
- We do not offer international shipping.
- All stocked items leave our warehouse or drop shipping location within 3 business days from date of purchase. Your shipment can take up to 7 business days while in transit.
- All pre-order available items will be placed with our wholesalers on purchase confirmation. Order processing of these items may take up to an additional 4 days transit time depending on wholesaler location.
- Notifications of your order will be forwarded to you via email of shipment progress including tracking identification.
- If your parcel has not arrived after 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will investigate.
