Shipping Information

All Things Canine delivers Australia wide. Delivery on orders over $150 is shipped free of charge within Australia. If your order does not qualify for free delivery an affordable shipping rate of $7.99 applies, additional surcharges may apply to regional areas in remote locations. 

Terms and Conditions:

  • Free shipping is based on the total amount payable of your order excluding shipping costs. Any promotional discounts in which has reduced your order total under $150 threshold required will not qualify you for free shipping.
  • Flat rate or free shipping promotions excludes bulky items or any one item weighing 15kgs or over including but not limited to large dry dog food, kennels, holding pens, large beds and agility equipment and or where it is required to be handled by 2 persons or a tail lift vehicle.
  • All items will be delivered as Authority To Leave (ATL) unless services are able to be provided for signature upon delivery. To request items to be placed in a specific location at the nominated shipping address insert a message in the "Add a Note To Your Order" section of the Shopping Cart page ie: "Leave in carport".  The risk of leaving the goods unattended is borne by the customer and we cannot offer further assistance if your shipment is lost or missing after it has been delivered by our nominated carrier.
  • All deliveries will be shipped via courier or postal services this can be extended to drop shipping service providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to the location where it cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.
  • Delivery services are not available on public holidays and weekends please allow additional days in transit.



Terms and Conditions:

  • International orders are available for New Zealand.
  • All freight charges are calculated by real time quotes using weight and dimensions via Australia Post services. 
  • International Express and International Courier Services do not deliver to a post office boxes and may not be available in your location.
  • We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Overseas orders may be subject to import duties, tax (such as VAT) and customs processing fees in your country. If you are unsure about additional importing fees, contact your local customs or postal authority. All additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country according to their own rules and regulations.
  • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
  • All international orders cannot be labelled as a “gift”, it must be declared as merchandise.
  • Any product that is a prohibited goods or unavailable to that country location will be blocked to prevent ordering to that destination.
  • Any product that is classed as dangerous goods will display a warning message prior to checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING                                                        
  • All stocked items leave our warehouse or drop shipping location within 3 business days from date of purchase. Your shipment can take up to 6 business days for domestic orders and up to 10 business days for international orders in transit depending on your location.
  • All pre-order available items will be placed with our wholesalers on purchase confirmation. Order processing of these items may take up to an additional 2 days transit time depending on wholesaler location.
  • Notifications of your order will be forwarded to you via email of shipment progress including tracking identification. 
  • If your parcel has not arrived within the above estimated delivery time of placing your order, please contact us and we will investigate.
